Jerry MacDonald, president of EC4U, is intimately familiar with the challenges faced by the infirmed. The only surviving sibling in his family, Jerry witnessed his two sisters and one brother suffer and eventually succumb to a debilitating disease. Their courage and perseverance inspired Jerry to dedicate his life to enhancing the quality of life for physically impaired individuals and their caregivers.

Chip Erickson, co owner of Ecus4u is a partially physically impaired Vietnam era veteran.  He is also a business professional with a long standing desire to help those whom are physically impaired. The process of partial recovery from from his own disabilities taught him volumes of what it takes to facilitate recovery . Having been a care giver himself to a quadriplegic friend, he  has seen the need and so desires to add dignity, quality of life, and independence in any way possible. The correct and affordable environmental controls and electronic aids for daily living is  a newly acquired strength and passion for him . His desire is to back off of his general contracting business and concentrate on helping to improve the environments of those in need around him.
